  1. Retaining and deleting personal data

4.2 Retention periods are in place to ensure personal information is only stored whilst it is required for the purposes in question, or to meet administrative legal or regulatory requirements. Where personal information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner.

4.3 By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data for 5 years after they cease being customers for tax purposes)
